Responsibility

  • Inquiry management on both our platform and social media
  • Provide support to our customers by answering their questions in a proactive, clear, and efficient manner
  • Upkeep of business-wide customer journey maps
  • Minimize the risk of customers’ dissatisfaction by providing appropriate solutions within the time limits

Requirement

  • Some experience in handling inquiries via live chat, email or phone call
  • Excellent command of the Malay and English language
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately within our customers
  • Confidence to interact across all levels of business
  • Manage time effectively
